I like the cut of the poetic nightgowns. The round neckline does not slip off my shoulders and it is very comfortable. I have two purchased a few years ago in the blue floral print. My recent purchase of this lavender floral was disappointing because the fabric is of lower quality. The cotton lawn is scratchy, even after washing, unlike my others, which have been soft from the start.
The color was not what I expected. It is portrayed as a baby blue, but is much darker, not a shade of blue I really like. The nightgown itself is well made, light cotton and good summer nightwear so I kept it. I have another in white which I love.
A charming gown for the cooler weather- remember it is autum here in Australia! Love the fine lawn and pretty fabric pattern. Delivery within a reasonable time frame.
