I bought an XL and it fit perfectly. I loved this item because it was the thick heavy cotton knit, not the lighter one which I don’t like.

I wish you let me talk before answering your questions. My nightgown package arrived at the post office without the nightgown. I'm not sure if it had been accidentally torn open and the nightgown lost, or if it was stolen, but the post officevsent me a notice and asked for a description of the contents,which I provided. There has been no word on the nightgown. I'm sorry it was lost. I spent a lot of time looking for a nightgown like that.
The fabric is beautiful. The gown runs large, but I prefer it larger than smaller. Washed up beautifully. Will used in the transitional weather in spring and fall.
I always buy Eileen West because all their cotton gowns are so soft, wash well and last for years. The peached cotton knit is a little warmer than the regular knit and for me is the perfect winter weight. The cotton lawn is my summer favorite and the knit for in-between seasons. You can not go wrong with an Eileen West gown and to get one on sale was a nice treat!
This gown is so pretty! And the cotton knit is a great fabric for this time of year, when it’s hot one night, cold the next. The fit is perfect, but you should size down.
Warm and easy to sleep in. Very attractive. I’ve found these cotton gowns shrink slightly in wash and dryer. I usually wear a M but this nightgown works better for me in a L.
I bought a nightgown just like this many years ago and wore it so much, I wore it out. It worked so well no matter where I traveled. Kept me warm and kept me cool in different environments. Never had another like it. Then I found this at Eileen West. I’m thrilled it’s the same cut and medium weight material and long sleeves. Lovely new gown.
I am broad in the shoulders and this nightgown was a bit narrow in the shoulders. I might have done this to myself as I dried it on "normal" my mistake as I usually dry clothes on "low". The woven cotton gowns have fit me better than this one which is knit fabric. I wanted to order your velour wrap robe but got scared off hating to order something that did not fit.
I love these Jersey cotton knit gowns for cool Spring nights! They are not as hot as flannel, and they feel so soft! This one is especially pretty in blue. The gown runs big, so be sure to size down!
