Perfect cool, crisp summer nightgown. I bought my first one in white and then this one in light blue with white trim. Large fits me perfectly. I'm 5'8" 175 lbs

Pretty but the nightgown has straps that are a bit too long for short people. The lace is pretty.
My favorite white nightgown with beautiful lace. So comfortable and romantic. Perfect for hot summer weather. Makes me feel beautiful.
I think the size is actually M/L and the yoke is slightly tight, but it is not uncomfortable.
I ordered a size 1X based on other reviews that mentioned it was tight in the chest and I definitely could've gone down to my usual size as the nightgown runs true to size. I love it though as it is such a gorgeous piece!

Beautiful and comfortable. I needed a large in this style (even tho in general Eileen West gowns are thought to run large and reviews say to size down) as the medium was a little tight through the armhole/upper back area.

I’m a size 6/8 and thought a size S would work but I wish I should have ordered a size M (it is too tight across my top). The gown itself is beautifully made and I love the color and style.

I have been wearing Eileen West for about 15-18 yrs. and recently re-ordered two of these . The fabric makes a crunchy noise and is most definitely not the same quality cotton as what I have purchased in the past. [same exact nightgown that I love] I thought maybe if I washed it a few times it would soften, it has not after 20+ washes. This fabric is stiff, itchy and the opposite of soft. I am so disappointed and also out 100's of dollars.

Beautiful nightgown.
Excellent quality, fabric. It's almost perfect. What doesn't work for me is the shoulder straps keep falling off my shoulders. I am a petite woman, 5'-2". I was willing to work with the longer length, that's fine, but the fact that my shoulders are set narrower, and the straps keep falling down, makes it annoying, and when I do set the shoulder straps on, the material bunches/gaps at the cleavage. Too bad they don't make a petite line.

Fabric is stiff, scratchy and somehow not even breathable. Not sure how you get cotton this uncomfortable. Go back to the cotton you were using in the past.
I like it. The fabric feels thicker than usual. I washed it 4 times to see if it would get soft as the other gowns I have. So far it’s a bit stiff still.
