This is my second favorite nightgown after the Josephine (also black). I think the black is elegant and a breath of fresh air from all the nightgown fabric selections I have had over my lifetime. It runs big, so you may want to order down. The spaghetti straps are actually very well made, so I don’t feel breakage is going to be a problem. They are made onto the edging around the bodice into one big piece. The nightgown is really long. I’m 5’3 and it falls below my ankles, but not touching the floor. The fabric is soft and comfortable. Take it out of the dryer and fold it immediately and you won’t have to worry about wrinkles too much.
Beautiful gown, love to see Eileen West offering new styles, particularly with more “chemise” style thinner shoulder straps in longer length gowns. So comfortable in warmer weather!
Fits great! Very forgiving
I loved this gown, but it fit larger than I expected. I probably should have ordered a small. I generally order medium because I like the looser fit. On this gown the straps dropped the armholes down way too low. I had to pin them up.
a little too large...i always get medium and this time, too large. nicely finished.
This nightgown is now my absolute favorite!! It is as soft as an angel wing, fits great, and makes me feel safe and sexy!

Love all my Eileen West gowns. Well made and very comfortable.
Disappointed in quality of garment-material wrinkles easily. More secure laces at shoulders recommended. I’ve worn Eileen West gowns for years. I always felt that the extra cost was worth the years of service provided by the garment. I’m not sure this one will be as long lasting.

The black Lucille gown is roomy and comfortable without looking baggy. The cotton fabric is soft and cool. The black is a nice change from my typical white cotton gowns.
The quality of the material is the best , very soft to the skin . I have ordered one other with long sleeves [ it's dark with little flowers } but it's not long enough that I would like , but it is beautiful and I love it. But would appreciate if those nightgowns would be longer . Sincerely Dora
