I do not recommend this style. The neck line is too big and it falls off your shoulders. Choose another style that doesn’t have such a big neck line. I am 5’7”and 150 pounds. Dress size 10, and the medium size gown looks like this on me. I have worn this brand for 30 years and this style has the biggest neck line of any I’ve ever owned. In my opinion, it’s a flaw and there are other neckline choices available.… The fabric started to pill after a dozen wearings

Even though it’s a heavier fabric I still look elegant. It’s a very full cut and it therefore runs a little larger then usual

The fabric is so soft! I washed the gown in cold water with low temp dryer before wearing. No wrinkles! I would give 5 stars except the sleeves are just a tad too short to stay over my elbows consistently. The neckline is generous- size down to avoid it going toward one shoulder. For reference I’m 5’5”, bust 41”, and bought size L. I could have gotten M for a better neckline fit but then the sleeves would have been uncomfortably short. I am still very pleased with this purchase. Quality fabric and construction.
The gown is a lovely style. The fabric is very soft, but substantial…very cozy! I was worried about having elastic on the sleeves, but this is made with plenty of room not to bind on your arms, it’s comfortable! I have many Eileen West nightgowns, lightweight summer and flannel for winter…love all of them! You can’t beat the quality and designs!

I have worn your flannel gowns for at least the last thirty years and this new flannel gown is my favorite. I didn’t think you could make them any better but this is the softest flannel I have ever worn and I love it so much I immediately ordered two more in different colors. Wearing it makes me warm and happy.

The heavier material of this flannel, long sleeve nightgown is just right for winter here in Melbourne, Australia. The embroidery at the neck adds a lovely feminine touch, whilst the all natural fabric ensures a comfortable sleep.
The nightdress is warm and cozy. It is a good fit and looks good.
I bought the same two gowns 5 years ago and wear them regularly. Thought it was time for some fresh gowns. When I received the new gowns and compared them with my 5 year old gowns there was little difference!! Quality stands the test of time.
Since the Bay is gone I was at a loss. I am so happy I can order direct from EW. I only wear EW sleep ware.
